KMS Automation is a small / medium sized German manufacturer for specialised custom specific high precision production equipment. Single machines as well as fully automated production lines for high-throughput production are developed and manufactured according to the specific customer’s needs. The applications range from the electronics and automotive industry to pharmaceutical and biotechnological processes. Among the processes, which are to be implemented with accuracies in the micrometer regions, are handling, positioning, printing, joining, as well as mechanical and laser machining processes. KMS currently has 60 employees and achieved a turnover of 10.5 Mio. Euros in 2008 and is located in the Black Forest.
